Kim is the Head of Growth at Buyers Market, bringing over 16 years of property acquisition experience and a background in chartered accounting and investment banking. Having spent well over a decade representing clients across Sydney’s residential and commercial markets, she combines sharp analytical rigor with deep industry acumen to scale the agency’s reach and operational excellence.

Prior to her career in property, Kim worked with major accounting firms in the UK and Macquarie Bank in Australia. This foundation in finance gives her a strategic, data-led approach to business growth and high-level negotiation.

In her role as Head of Growth, Kim focuses on building an environment where exceptional talent thrives. She believes sustainable expansion comes from within, not only by attracting high-caliber people, but by investing and equipping them with the clear structure, high-level coaching, modern systems, and continuous support needed to perform at their best and deliver standout results for clients.

Outside of work, Kim lives in the Eastern Beaches with her with her husband and two teenagers.
