As COO, Natalie oversees operations, compliance, people and HR, and systems across Buyers Market. She has held the role for six months, following four years with the firm, most recently as the Lower North Shore Buyers Agent.

That background gives her a working knowledge of the business from the ground up: how a file moves through the firm, what agents need to do their job well, and where a process helps or gets in the way. She brings this to how she now runs the operational side: building the structures, standards and systems that let the team deliver consistently as the firm grows.
